The ZX200 TDC system is a fully integrated and compact system that produces polyurethane foam packaging on demand. The system is most suitable for applications:

1. Where a high level of shock and impact protection is required where tooling costs for producing other plastic foams are prohibative.

2. Where the end user wishes to make pre moulded forms on demand.

Problems associated with the inconvenient and costly disposal of chemical drums is a thing of the past.

SAPACFLEX uses refillable chemical canisters which means we collect, refill and re-use the canisters. Chemicals can be delivered in 70kg canisters or 280kg racks for larger users.

SAPACFLEX chemical canisters do not use pumps. Instead, the system uses a unique system that prevents the chemicals coming into contact with the air. This means there is no crystalisation of the chemicals that can cause so many problems on competitive systems.
